Direct Recruitment by Suzuki Motor Gujrat for ITI Pass Outs- (Role: Workmen level on Shopfloor on company’s Payroll) (Under Fixed Term Contract Scheme - for 7 Months) Note: On completion of 7 months, they will have the opportunity to grow within company subject to performance as per company policy.

Selection Process:

Online Registration

Online Technical Test (MCQ TYPE)- (Shortlisted candidates will have to give the online test by sitting at their home)

Video Interview- (Shortlisted candidates test will have to appear for video Interviews by sitting at their home) (Candidates are requested to give their what's app number while registering.

Work/plant Location

Suzuki Motor Gujrat, Hansalpur plant, Near Becharaji, Mandal, Ahmedabad, Gujrat.

Eligibility Criteria

Age: 18 to 23 years at the time of joining (Candidates are required to carry Valid Age Proof in time of joining) (Male Candidates)

Trades: Fitter, Turner, Motor Mechanic, Welder, Painter (General), Electrician, Tool & Die Maker, Plastic Process Operator, Machinist, Tractor Mechanic, COE (Automobile), Diesel Mechanic

Minimum 55% in SSC (10th class/Standard)

Minimum 60% in ITI

Candidates pass out in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 are eligible for Immediate Joining

Salary & Other Benefits

Salary: Rs.17, 500 per Month CTC.

Canteen / Dormitory Facility: At subsidized rates

Uniform: 2 pairs of uniforms, 1 pair of Safety Shoes along with necessary PPE’s (Personal Protective Equipment)

Weekly off: Sunday

Traveling Reimbursement: Applicable as per Company Policy

Leaves: As per Company Policy

Selected Students need to share one set photocopies of their mark sheets/school-ITI leaving certificates/Aadhar card/pan card/driving license /caste certificate/ domicile certificate, Two passport size photographs in time of their joining. Please note that Candidates who have worked previously in any automotive industries are not eligible.
