CREATING INDUSTRY READY PROFESSIONALS
A disconnect exists between what the business & industry needs and what the students learn. By adopting the right teaching methodology, curriculum and corporate and industry exposure Ambition ensures that students fulfill the expectations of Business & Industry, empowering them with the “Employable Edge”
Exposure to the corporate and Industrial world is provided to all the students of AMBITION. With the ever changing industry practices it is necessary for students to get the first hand experience of work environment and a glimpse of the real world applications. AMBITION ensures that each student transforms into an INDUSTRY READY PROFESSIONAL by exposing them to the following activities:
INDUSTRY GUEST LECTURES
To become leaders it is important to hear from them and learn from them. Ambition invites executives and business leaders from the industry itself, national and international, to interact with students and enlighten their minds. An interaction with these leaders of today helps in opening the doors to endless opportunities for the leaders of tomorrow. We at AMBITION have experienced first- hand, how these interactions have helped in igniting the imaginations of our students and facilitated the development of Entrepreneurial Skills in them.
Derived from real experiences of actual businesses, case studies help students understand real life situations and problems faced by the Industry and enable the development of vital employability skills in students through learning to deal with these situations or problems.
We at AMBITION understand the importance of practical knowledge. Apart from laying a strong foundation of theoretical knowledge, we humbly believe that aggressive industrial training is what is missing in the leaders of tomorrow. To bridge this gap, we provide our students with industrial workshops and training programs to help them adapt to the industry better.
Students at AMBITION go on several industrial visits to gain first-hand knowledge of various operations carried out to make any business successful. Visiting factories, power plants and corporate offices not only stimulates their brains but also help them understand how a business works as a whole.
The traditional concept of Learning and doing has been replaced at AMBITION by “Learning by Doing”. As part of the curriculum, our students have to work on live projects to enhance their skills and understand the real case scenarios.
